Mandrel Formed Rolled Rings​

Rings are formed when billet 

is heated and shaped using open die forging processes with the help 

of a mandrel.

There is no tooling required for these types of forgings. Production quantities from 1 to 1,000’s.

Carbon Steels 

Aluminum 

Titanium 

High Temperature Steels

Capabilities of producing rings from 3” O.D. up to 72” O.D. 

Weights up to 10,000 pounds 

Value Added Services include rough and finish machining, sand blasting, annealing and heat treatment to print.
